I've reviewed the 3 Easement Agreements I have.......and created an annotated map which shows my understanding of the documents (Recording numbers 7812040174, 7610040278, and 7610190040). Note that there likely exists an easement agreement for 65th Ave SE, but I don't know the recording numbers.
Attached is the sketch for your review.

Neighbors,
I have further refined the "colored maps" I created to describe the easements in picture form (attached below). For reference the Easement Agreements are logged with Snohomish County as "Recording Numbers" 7610190040 & 7610040278 (which define and created the easement for 196th Street SE) and separately "Recording Number" 7812040174 (which defines and created the easement for 59th Ave SE, 61st Ave SE, and 202nd Place SE). Note that "Recording Number" 7812040174 also invokes 7610190040 & 7610040278 as part of its text.
The most difficult part in deciphering these easement agreement documents is the description; e.g. Lot 2: West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 27, Range 5 E, W.M. which is 19629 65th Ave SE. If you wish to track these down you can get Parcel Maps: www.snohomishcountywa.gov/5414/Interactive-Map-SCOPIThen read the descriptions backward working your way down to the lot. For me it was easiest to print the parcel map and use colored lines and different fill designs to mark each described area until I got to the area in question (specific lot or easement)." Note that the easement agreements create the right to use roads built on the easements, as well as the obligation to share in the costs of road maintenance.
