This board is informational only. It is a discussion board between neighbors. Opinions stated are those of the individual poster. There are two RMAs involved in this neighborhood, 65th and 61st+. (I know they have official names but for me this is simpler.) If a member of this forum is an elected member of a board and wishes to speak as such, I guess that would be one exception to my only an opinion rule. 196th does not have an RMA but that is for another discussion.
Links are allowed as long as the subject matter is appropriate for a family friendly forum. Posters are responsible that the links are accurate; however, poster is not responsible for the accuracy of the information linked to. Purpose of links is informational and/or supportive of one’s position. It is up to the viewer to decide the accuracy of any post and site viewed.
Opinions stated are personal, not professional. If a professional (e.g. engineer, contractor, attorney) wishes to state an opinion they should state it as such; not as advice. Use of a title is to be assumed as supportive of an individual’s knowledge base. Usually when talking to a neighbor you know something about their background and abilities; therefore, you can weigh the value of their opinion. That is why someone might mention being an engineer, attorney or anything else that may give weight to their opinion.
If an individual wishes to make a personal disclaimer you may do so in this thread or wherever you see fit.
This disclaimer statement is my opinion and should be taken as such. If there’s an attorney out there who would like to give me advice, feel free; I’ll just take it as an opinion.
